What packaging sizes are available?

We offer a range of packaging sizes to suit households, restaurants, and wholesale buyers, including 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, and 40kg bags. Custom packaging may be available for large wholesale orders — please contact us for details.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our website. For wholesale or bulk orders, we recommend contacting us first so we can provide the best pricing and arrange appropriate freight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. Wholesale accounts may be eligible for invoice-based payment terms.

Delivery

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, we deliver to all states and territories across Australia, including metro and regional areas. Please see our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery timeframes.

How long does delivery take?

Metro deliveries typically take 2–4 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take 5–10 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Can I return rice if I change my mind?

Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on opened products. Unopened products may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us to discuss.
