At Mr Grain, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering our premium Pakistani basmati rice, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please read our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or refund requests under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity
- The product does not match its description on our website
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened or used.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product/packaging if applicable.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.
Return Shipping
If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by Mr Grain. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Wholesale Orders
For wholesale customers, refund and return terms may differ based on your wholesale agreement. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues with bulk orders.
Australian Consumer Law
Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
