Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all states and territories across Australia, including metropolitan and regional areas. This includes New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Melbourne & Sydney Metro: 2–4 business days
• Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth Metro: 3–6 business days
• Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Wholesale and bulk orders may qualify for negotiated freight rates — please contact us for a custom freight quote.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For large wholesale orders (e.g., pallets or multiple bags), we arrange freight delivery via our logistics partners. Please contact us directly to discuss delivery arrangements and pricing for bulk orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
